Welcome to my site, my name is Patrick Eberlee. I found out that my parents were using my credit to rack up bills as long as my arm. Although I contacted the authorities about this audacious act, I still ended up owing the money back on the bills. Since I could not prove that I did not authorize their actions, I had to start paying off the debt, month by month. After several months, I realized I could not ever pay off the debt. I ended up filing bankruptcy to have the money owed officially discharged. I learn a lot about how the court works throughout this process during the whole ordeal.
